2011-2012 New Community Growth/New Club Building Incentives
Chances to win $500.00, $250.00, and $125.00 for building a new club:
Every 2011-2012 NC West new club builder recognized as a Builder of Excellence (BOE) on the new club building report filed with Optimist International will have their name entered into the drawing. The names of the new club builders will be entered in the drawing once for every new club for which they are recognized as a Builder of Excellence. The new club must be built between October 1, 2011 and September 30, 2012 and recognized by Optimist International as a club on September 30, 2012.
The names of all our 2011-2012 NC West Builders of Excellence will be e-mailed to all club and district officers as soon as possible after all new club building reports are final following year end September 30, 2012.
Dr. J. C. Boone, Jr., 2011-2012 New Club Building Chair, his New Community Growth Committee, and your 2011-2012 Governor, Kathy Howard, will oversee the drawing which will be held at our first quarter district meeting following September 30, 2012.
The first name drawn from our Builders of Excellence will receive $500.00, the second BOE name drawn will receive $250.00, and the third BOE name drawn will receive $125.00.
